Maria Rodriguez was born in Mexico and raised in sunny California. She has been living in Arizona for over 25 years now. She attended Glendale Community College to attain her Associates Degree in Nursing. She worked at HonorHealth for 22 years and has experience in various specialties such as telemetry, neurology, medical-surgical, and pediatrics. While at HonorHealth, she first worked as a bedside Telemetry Nurse for 2 years and then as a Nursing Supervisor for the remainder of her time there. She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019 at Grand Canyon University.

She has been a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners since 2019. Maria is fluent in Spanish and she recently practiced at a local clinic for the last 3 years servicing the Hispanic population. Her focus is to provide excellent comprehensive care, medicine, and to help patients with healthy lifestyle choices. In her free time, Maria likes to volunteer in the community. She received a Nurse Exemplar Award for Community Service in 2016. During her free time, Maria enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
